I am 25 years old and moved to the city last year to finish up my bachelors degree at FIT in Chelsea. I’ll most likely be out of the house during the week either at school or job/internship. I’m a clean person who will keep our common areas clean and have no judgement for what you chose to do with your own space. I consider myself to be an easy going person who ideally wants to be friends with my roommate/roommates (I understand needing your own time to yourself) and explore the city together. I enjoy a mix of going out and staying in. Happy hours are always my favorite because who doesn’t love to save some money but also love trying new restaurants for food and drinks. Basically just wanting to have a good time and live my best life in nyc! Also flexible on the move in date!!
