You will be sharing the apartment with two professional women. One is a researcher at Mount Sinai and I work from home as a writer. I’ve been living in NYC for 4 years, and enjoy being able to retreat to the cozier community of Sunnyside after long days out in Manhattan. There are parks, a library, and a wide range of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. We both work long hours, and when we're not doing that, we like to relax, cook or have a glass of wine together. Overnight guests and company on occasion but we don't bring the party home. We're looking for a roommate in their late 20s/early 30s who is responsible, considerate, respectful, mature, and will do their part to keep the apartment clean. No smoking or pets, as per lease.
