TERMS
- $1250 include all of the utilities, high speed internet, and weekly professional cleaning.
- Month to month with 30 day notice. 2 months minimum, but prefer a longer term.
- First month's rent, $90 cleaning fee, and $900 refundable deposit due at lease signing
- Available Feb 28 – somewhat flexible.
- One person, sorry, but I’m not open to a couple or multiple people.
