I'm renting out the spare bedroom in my 3 bedroom apartment

I'm renting out the spare room in my 3 bedroom apartment I'm gay and my current roommate is also but we prefer another male roommate as we keep a laid back and informal feel to the place we are both professionals but currently work from home and we each have a cat fellow cat owners are welcome we also all pitch in to keep the place tidy and for household supplies
The room is a tad larger that 11x7 the room is rented UNfurnished however there is a dresser and small bookcase in it we share the electric and Wifi I would recommend a twin size bed but the previous roommate did have a full size bed in the room. I'm asking a month's rent and security and the room is available on September 1rst and the apartment is on the second floor of a 2 story building
