I am looking for a clean, quiet & respectful housemate. Although i do go out & have my fun, I don't bring it back to my home. My 7 year old & I live together, along w our male cat. The cat sleeps in my bedroom. I change its litterbox (located in a closet) 1-2 times weekly. It's not allowed in the kitchen. The potential roommate cannot have a pet, due to liability reasons. If we agree to meet or speak on the phone, please don't weird me out. The perfect & ideal roommate would be preferably a male at least 27 to 50 years old, employed, & 'down-to-earth'.
