I’m clean. I don’t like messes. I don’t mind how you keep your private space as long as you aren’t damaging the property or leaving food around for pests. The shared spaces need to be kept clean—particularly the kitchen. My kitchen is consistently spotless, as is the main floor most often. I will be civil and helpful, and I’m willing to help you out with your life as well. I m a happy camper all the time and super optimistic. I’m happy to sign a longer lease if that’s what you’re wanting, but I’ve posted as month to month to start.

Hello! I am looking for a roommate—someone neat, easy to get along with, who will live a relatively quiet lifestyle (at least during wee days). I have entertainment space, am a great cook, and am transitioning into an 2500 as foot home after a recent divorce. There are 4 bedrooms in the house. You’d have your choice of 2 of the guest beds (and I could be open to allowing you both rooms if you work from home or need more private office/lounging space—this would probably come with a bit of an extra charge, but we can discuss.
