Big Bedroom in Union/Inman Area

A big bedroom in my two bedroom 1 bath apartment is available starting this summer (as early as June, but can be flexible until September) and going until May 31st 2022 with option to renew. The bedroom has nice windows and room for a large bed as well as a seating/working area.

The common space is a living/kitchen combo and is already furnished with a large comfortable couch, a dining table and chairs, and a smart tv. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, and crockery (cups, plates, bowls, utensils). It also has a kitchen aid mixer, panini press, and air fryer!

The space has a backyard that I have tamed over the past couple of years and has table, chairs, grill, outdoor couch, and I hung lights out there during Covid to help make it more usable at night time. It is a great place for hanging out during nice weather!

There is laundry in the basement that is normally coin-op but has been free for the past year due to Covid. The parking is street only, but it isn't hard to find a space in the area. The landlord pays for the water, but we are responsible for gas, electric, and wifi.
