I am a born again Christian who enjoys Interior decorating, Art, the outdoors, travel, great music and learning.
I am renting a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that is only 3 years old. I love a clean and beautiful place! There are hardwood floors throughout the apartment (I have allergies to dust) with an open concept kitchen/living room area. The apartment is ADA compliant although I have no disabilities.
I want to offset my bills and save for a much needed vacation/cruise for next year (No more COVID).

The perfect roommate would be over 55, active Christian with ties to a local church (Non-denominational), a non smoker or drinker but someone who is friendly, hospitable and employed or has other stable income. This is NOT a sublease! The leasing office would be totally involved in this process and would have to approve this arrangement.

The building I live in is a beautiful 4-story building for 55 and over. I have lived here for a year and thoroughly enjoy the cleanliness of the property, the convenience of inside storage spaces and the 4 Community Center spaces (one on each floor). I live on the first floor, no stairs and am prepared to live with someone who loves the Lord, family and has a heart for God.

Other requirements; dependable transportation (as I have as well). I am looking forward to meeting the right person to share this space with.
