I moved to Nashville from NYC in 2022 and love it here.

I bought a house in Donelson and I am looking for a roommate that is mature and yet still fun loving. Even though I am in my forties, I still go out and do things. :) I work M-F in the office and my dog actually comes with me to work. He is a golden retriever and his name is Beau. He is a sweetie.

I am clean, but with a golden retriever, sometimes it may seem like there are two dogs in the house when he is in full shed mode! Thank goodness for Dyson! LOL.

The room available is the master ensuite. It is furnished with a queen bed, night table dresser, full dresser, walk-in closet, bookcase, and TV. The bathroom is very large. It has double sinks in the vanity, a walk-in shower, a separate soaking tub, and linen closet. The best part, it is located close to the back door with an anteroom separating the space from the rest of the house! The other bedrooms are located on the other side of the house.

All utilities would be included in the price of rent (water, gas, electric, internet). There is a fenced in backyard, patio, grill, in a super friendly and safe neighborhood. The house is 15 minutes from downtown. The Music City Star and airport are close by.
