I am a 23 year old nursing student, I live in a 3bed/2bath house with my boyfriend. There is an upstairs master suite with a connected bathroom that I am looking to rent out to a single or couple. The stairs only go up to the bedroom so nobody else will be using them besides you.
My boyfriend works as an EMT, we like to hang out, watch movies, go get drinks, workout, and cook. I have two small dogs and one outdoor cat.
We are looking for someone friendly and chill who doesn't mind sharing the kitchen and living room area. We are 420 friendly but would like smoking outside unless it's a vape since the upstairs is carpet.
The neighborhood is relatively quiet and made up of families. There is a washer/dryer in the garage.

Large master bedroom with bathroom connected. The bathroom has dual sinks and a full tub and shower. The bedroom is connected to the rest of the house by inside stairs, that nobody else would be using.
The whole house is 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (I live downstairs with my boyfriend), with a living room, family room, dining area, kitchen and backyard. There is a washer/dryer in the garage and the garage can be used for some storage if needed.
This would be a shared house with a younger couple (23) who work/study in the medical field. We are super chill and friendly people who would like to have someone who wouldn't mind being around us in the common area and can clean up after themselves.
