More about ME: I love being outside in nature! I love hiking, hammocking, roller skating, trying new things, traveling, and learning! I love dancing (I taught swing dance for years in Michigan) but I can also go for a lovely book! I am vegan and a wonderful cook. I like to host people and cook for them and I'd like to be friends with my roommate ideally (and cook for them sometimes!!) I am in need of a third and fourth for a very lovely 4 bedroom in Washington Heights. Big kitchen, lots of windows, big rooms, laundry in building, newly renovated.
Rent is 1,025 per room and there is a broker's fee of one months rent up front but that's it! There is laundry, a dishwasher, and elevator, and it's in a very lovely area close to the 1! It's a dream apartment! Looking to fill asap for a March 1 move in as I am trying to apply and get an apartment set in the next week before I go to Michigan for a month.
