I’m a musician and voice coach. I teach from what would be the dining room in a living/room slash dining room area.That being said, I only teach from there about 2-3 hours in the day time. I’m easygoing, friendly, love to cook, but also know when to give space. I like that the living room and roommate Den area is at opposite ends of apartment so that there is privacy for both of us when needed. I have 2 cats named Lulu and Zulu who are gentle, quiet and friendly and the vibes here are very good. Looking for a roomie who is clean, cool and responsible.

It’s 2 bedroom apartment with 2 den areas. Cool place above a pharmacy on the trendy Junction Strip.Everybody comments on the good vibes when they come in. The main areas get a ton of sun which adds to the great energy. The apartment is in the midst of shops and restaurants, walking distance to High Park and Roncesvalles and the Go transit and Subway are real close. A 5 minute busride will get you on the UP train that can take you to Union station in 6 minutes or Pearson Airport in 15 minutes. There is laundry on site and the person who rents will get a small bedroom, their own private Den at the opposite end of the apartment and near the bedroom, a shared kitchen, bathroom and shared living room space. I have 2 cute little kitties named Lulu and Zulu that are kind and cool.
