Recently divorced and looking for a room to rent for 6-12 months to get my finances back in order to get back on my feet.

No pets, no kids, I don't smoke, I drink occasionally but not to excess. I don't care if others smoke weed, but prefer not to be around cigarettes.

I like playing video games, reading, building Lego, playing board games, and youtube rabbit holes.

I tend to keep to myself unless I have stuff in common with others and don't mind socializing.
