I met with a leasing agent about apartments at The Watson Apartment Homes in Orlando. The apartments and grounds are nice, with pools, a grill, wifi hotspots, a gym, a dog park, and more. We are only required to make 3x the rent with our TOTAL household income. I am looking specifically for someone who has good credit due to my own credit being poor from dealing with financial abuse in the past that I am still recovering from.
