Currently I’m just looking for a bud that wants to co-sign the lease for this apartment. I’m a pretty easy guy to get along, usually you’ll find me, playing on my guitar, playing games, watching movies, reading, or up to some other activity I found myself interested in. I work in Film and Foster Care, currently those take up a good portion of my week. Honestly just looking for someone that is easy going as well, able to communicate issues they might have, and someone who isn’t against making a new friend; especially since we’d be living together. I get personal space and alone time, just don’t be only a hermit.

There is a second bedroom available in the apartment I’m staying in. Close to I-25 and surrounded by tons of local shops and stores within a mile or two. There’s space in the kitchen drawers, bathroom, closets, and balcony for anything you might need. The apartment already has couches, a projector with sound-bar, and a dinning table for communal use.
