I am retired IT professional, quiet, trying to be healthier, but computer YT, fan.

I have 2 old small well behaved dogs, a BostonX "Bandit" due to face and 1 corgi -x "Inky".

Neighborhood is safe quiet family convenient to shopping.

I have solar, pool, nice garden, all appliances, I use allergy aware products. No smoking in house. We coordinate guests and services. House & garden are professionally maintained weekly. Washer & dryer in garage.

The full kitchen is updated, clean, and underused. Rest of house has newly refinished hardwood floors.

Bedroom is small, but you'd have access to everything but my room. You'd have new hall bath to yourself: double sink, Lots of storage.

Bedroom is furnished for sister visits, but she won't be here for many months. Bedroom is airy, efficient, fully furnished, Full size bed, firm beauty rest mattress, large mirror closet, ceiling fan, large window, blackout curtains w/ blinds, storage, work table, ready to go. Street view, but pergola and wisteria provide privacy. Lovely.

140 broadcast antenna channels , No cable but good internet. You could hire cable .

Best part of house is outside: 3 outside living spaces for up to 3 guests:
- Front west side Wisteria Pergola with tables, benches, 3 ft picket fence.
- Side south yard high fences, dog house, access to garage . Potentially improved.
- Back east yard with pool, umbrella tables, small lawn, veggies, My room faces pool.
