Hello! Here’s the deal my roommate is moving out in the next month and I would like to find someone that doesn’t suck to live with. We are on the top floor (3rd) the apartment was renovated right before we moved in this past February. There is a full size washer and dryer in the basement which only 2 units use. The area is great. Always able to find parking and near the R.
