Room available in the heart of Goodyear, family oriented atmosphere. Great place to come home after a long day working as we are quiet and super clean. We have indoors cats super sweet. I clean the floor everyday as cleanness is our signature. If you are also clean and don’t mind cats, then feel free to text me any questions. Restaurants, stores and mountains, surrounding this zip code. 5 min from Walmart, 10 min from the closest mountain. Month to month basis but I am looking for a permanent right fit. There is one bathroom shared with ONE person in the house, however that bathroom is always pristine clean! Also a half bathroom downstairs that is shared as well. No splitting bills so you will never have a surprise in the end of the month. It $950 flat.
