This condo is located in a gated community in East Camelback/Arcadia, Biltmore area and is close to excellent restaurants and nightlife. The complex has a community pool, hot tub and small gym. The unit has been updated with new flooring, lighting, kitchen/bathroom cabinet paint etc. The unit is in great condition. The room for rent isn’t furnished; I have included furnished pictures to show how it was set up previously. The unit includes a balcony that overlooks the pool. There are 2 bedrooms with walk in closets and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom for rent is the master bedroom ensuite. Water, trash and internet are included.
