Hello!!

My name is Courtney and I’m looking for a roommate! I have a room available in my apartment to rent out for $694 (plus utilities ~$750) The lease term would be for 8 months and would start on Dec. 12th.

It’s a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the second floor, located in the Houston Galleria area.

Only a 5 minute drive to the Galleria mall, 18 minute drive to University of Houston, 15 minutes away from the Med Center, and lots of food/grocery/fun places within a 10 minute drive!

Clean environment, washer and dryer hookup in unit, free parking (garage or uncovered),

Cat friendly, LGBTQI+ friendly

A little about me!

I’m an artist, so I have a small studio setup in the living room space, but still tons of room to share! I’m a quiet but friendly person, and love to bake so there will never be a shortage of sweets. I also love cats!! I don’t have my own at the moment, but more than happy to house your furry friend 🥰

I have a small group of friends and host game/movie nights every other Sunday night.

I believe communication is the key to a successful roommate experience!!
