Hi there! I’m looking for a roommate to rent out the second bedroom in this charming Victorian house in Baker, starting December 15th.

My boyfriend and I moved in back in August and have absolutely loved living here. Unfortunately, we’ve decided to part ways, so I’m looking for someone to take over his spot on the lease, which runs through July 31st, 2025. Rent (and utilities) would be prorated starting December 15th.

A little about the house:
It’s a two-story home with tons of character! There’s a gas range stove, an unfinished basement, a garage, and a big garden with a lovely patio. Inside, you’ll find fun details like unique kitchen tiling, funky built-in shelves, and a purple clawfoot bathtub!

A little about the location:
Baker is an amazing, super walkable neighborhood. Within a 10–15 minute walk, you’ve got two coffee shops, a brewery with food trucks, a rec center, and all the shopping/dining/drinking spots on South Broadway and Santa Fe. There’s also a nearby bus line (52) that can take you downtown or to the Alameda station.
