Hi all,
I am looking to fill two rooms in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Brooklyn! 😊

I am 27, work in hospitality and usually out of the house majority of the day and 6 days a week. I enjoy spending my time off at home resting or catching up with friends. Sometimes having spontaneous hang outs on the balcony.

There are 2 bedrooms decently sized, huge windows, each room has central AC and heating. Apartment has a private balcony (cute if you want to journal/ do yoga/ read or even mingle with friends. 4/20 friendly you’re welcome to smoke on the balcony or the comfort of your own room.
Looking for roommates in their mid 20s - 30s. It is a 1 year lease. WiFi and electric is not included, but is normally around $100 - $150 per person give or take with the seasons as the apartment has central AC and heating.

The basement has a laundry room (one washer, one drier) but I have never used it in my 5 years here. There are a few local laundry mats that are just more convenient.

I have lived here for 5 years now. I usually keep to myself and work 6 days a week. Looking for people who will keep shared spaces clean and be open to a weekly cleaning scheduled to make sure our space is comfortable and cozy.
