Private bedroom and bathroom in a shared condo - perfect for travel nurse, grad student or minimalist. Includes large closet, washer/dryer, storage and covered parking. Access to entire house, with respectful and clean living expected. Complex has pool and jacuzzi. Conveniently located near Mesa CC, ASU, Downtown Gilbert and Chandler. I will flexible with the lease, but would prefer someone who can stay at least 6 months or even a year would be better. The rent will be $1,000 per month and the utilities (electricity/water/internet) will be split 50/50. I will require a simple background check along with a $500 security/cleaning deposit. You will get all of it back at the end of your lease as long as nothing is damaged and the room has normal wear and tear. I would like to meet you in person so we can see if it's a good fit.
