We live directly on the Red Line (College Ave). Within easy walking / biking distance to the Monon, as well as several cozy restaurants such as Cafe Patachou, Yats, and Upland, we’re at the hub of several local amenities. Sharing with two other housemates, in a 3 BR 1.5 BA Duplex excellently maintained. We’re both librarians, so we prefer a fairly quiet, safe, and stable space, but we do enjoy hosting social events (board games, movies, cozy cooking) among friends from time to time.

At 13x12 feet, the room for rent is quite spacious, with a large east-facing window that receives bright morning sun. The room features two closets, and the duplex’s basement is quite large, offering extra storage. The duplex also contains a high efficiency front-loading LG washer and dryer which are fairly new.
