Michelle M C - $1,800/month

I'm moving to New York from San Francisco, where I've been living for the last 5 years. I work in product marketing for a financial technology company (and will continue to), and I'm also starting grad school this fall studying Creative Writing at the New School. I love to have fun, whether exploring the city, hosting a game night, going out dancing (...when we can do that again), or sitting around with a glass of wine and some good conversation. As a roommate, I try to be very clean and respectful of common spaces, considerate about having people over (give my roommate(s) a heads up if I'm hosting a dinner, etc), and polite and mature when it comes to any questions or conflicts that may arise. I'm looking for a roommate where we can genuinely be friends and get along—we'd be happy to go on a walk, cook dinner together, or watch a TV show—but we also have our own separate social lives outside of the apartment. My ultimate goal is for our apartment to feel like a comfortable, happy space to come home to each day.
