Room for rent in house

We are two men both in our mid 20's that need a 3rd roommate. We are long time friends and need someone to help us pay the rent. I am a professional engineer and my buddy is working to become a fireman. We are fun guys that like tons of activities and like to have a good time. We both own motorcycles and the garage will be used to store them. My buddy is huge in the sports and videogames. I like most outdoor activities and game casually. My main hobby is home theater, which means that an added benefit is there will be a theater in the house to enjoy. We both love to workout, and have a home gym that can be used.
We are to spontaneous fun people that are looking for someone to help us pay rent and help out with the house. All common areas of the house will be shared with reason. Kitchen shared and living rooms shared. We have most of the furniture for the house already.
The house is a 4 bed 2.5 bath house in a very quiet neighborhood.
