Hey! I will be starting a new job in the Financial District June 1st and am looking for a new place ASAP. My max budget is 1700 and I am hoping to find a building with laundry and gym included.

I am originally from LA, came to the east coast for school & volleyball, wanted to stay out here for a bit after graduation to take full advantage of NYC. I am clean and considerate, will keep my things to myself and rarely have friends over. Looking to explore the city a bit and see some cool spots but also very laid back and go w/ the flow. Hoping to find the same!
