Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate to join me when my current lease is up at the end of May. My current roommate is moving out and we can either reapply at my current condo in Mission Viejo or find a new place together!

A little about me: I’m 38, I work full time at a non-profit and spend my free time listening to records, watching movies, and enjoying nature. I don’t have overnight guests, but I wouldn’t mind the occasional guest/hosting people when discussed beforehand depending on how my roommate feels. I have a senior cat and he’s super friendly, but he gets stressed with other animals so I’d prefer no more pets.

I’d love to connect with other women, nonbinary people or queer men. Please have a steady job and ok/good credit. I’d get along best with roommates that are tidy in the shared spaces and considerate.
