I’m a homebody so I’ll be there most of the time I don’t mind smoking as long as it isn’t inside, I don’t smoke myself however. Small gatherings are okay just not all the time. I like the AC at 74 I like the house cold 24/7. I’m a bit introverted I’ll admit but once I warm up to you it should be fine. You have to be okay with me having guests over I just want want both sides to be comfortable in the home
