About Me

I am a native New Yorker looking to move in with a roommate. I've lived in NYC my whole life, with the exception of 4 years I spent attending college in Northeast Ohio.

I'm looking to pay a maximum of $1,250 per month in rent, but could go a little higher for a good place.

I work on the upper east side but am willing to live anywhere with at least a somewhat reasonable commute (i.e., an hour or less). So this would include all of Manhattan, as well as parts of every other borough except Staten Island.

I currently work as a Laboratory Technician in a Microbiology Lab. The lab I work in studies the parasite that causes malaria. I work roughly 9-5 M-F but more or some days. I sometimes work on weekends. I work from exclusively the office.

I do smoke weed regularly but am more than happy to refrain from smoking inside. I don't have any pets, but I have no problem with living with them. I drink occasionally and in moderation.

I'm not a big party animal and likely won't have people over often. When I do, it will be just a few!

My maximum monthly budget 1,250
Move in Date Jun 2023
Lease Duration 1 Year
Age 23
Occupation Laboratory Technician
Pets Pet Friendly
Hometown New York, Ny, Usa
Education Oberlin College
Relationship Status Single
LGBTQ Friendly

We think Sam would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
