Looking for Denver (Cap Hill) Roommates

Hi my name is Ella and I’m looking for two roommates to move to Capitol Hill with! I have found a 3bed, 2bath right near Cheeseman park so please reach out if we are looking for the same thing!

I am hoping to move by mid August, and looking into signing a year long lease. My budget is $700-900 ideally, I am looking for female roommates around my age (20-26) that don’t have pets (i love animals, but my allergies don’t😪) I also care about keeping my spaces reasonably clean, and hope to rent with people who feel the same!

A bit about me, I’m a 23 year old recent college graduate from Queens NYC, and got a BA in Media Studies and Film. I’m planning to move to Denver for at least a year to spend time with family and friends that are already out in CO. I love cooking, thrifting, making art, and going out to swim at lakes (i’ll miss the beach but lakes are fun too!) I don’t drive a car so being near public transportation is important for me, and I also enjoy biking for fun! My favorite way to end a long day in college was to have a movie night with my roommates, or have a game night with friends. I also like having downtime at home so I don’t mind keeping to myself either, just depends on the day!
