I’m a female in my late 20s looking for an awesome roomate to rent out the room downstairs in my brownstone. I work in the morning right now during COVID and I have a cat that minds her own business. 420 and LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 friendly ! Hoping to find someone with a similar vibe and a new friend but also understanding of space within the apartment 😌

About the room:
This room is located on the lower level (we will be on opposite sides of the apartment on separate floors so there’s tons of privacy) can fit a king sized bed, has a huge built in closet, FULL private bathroom, and an has an inactive fireplace. This room is large enough to fit two dressers and/or a desk in addition to the bed. The only common spaces are the living room and the kitchen. The room is available July 1. One month rent and deposit required to move in.

** I’m super low maintenance, the only thing that I ask is don’t mess with my LEGO collection in the living room 😅 **
