Trevor B H - $1,500/month

I am looking for a room to rent in Manhattan, Brooklyn, or NJ starting at the end of January and beginning of February and through at least mid to late June.

I moved to New York last month for a teaching job at an independent school on the UWS, and am currently staying in an employer-provided apartment until Jan 31. I was most recently in Spain, but originally am from California. I’ve lived with a lot of roommates in the past and I’m generally a pretty easy person to live with. I value clear communication and mutual respect, and would also love to have a roommate I can hopefully become friends with. I’m currently pretty focused on work, so I will be out of the house during the day and I wouldn’t be having people over frequently.
