I work in the mortgage industry and have a typical 8-5 office job Monday - Friday.
I enjoy staying home and relaxing but I also enjoy nights out here and there.

Recently purchased home, shared spaces are furnished.
Laundry room is located inside the house.
There is an additional roommate in the house so it will be a total of 3 roommates myself included.
We have a long driveway so parking is not an issue.
Kitchen is available for use and bathroom is shared.
It's a female roommate and a male roommate.
House is located in a good neighborhood and it is close to freeways, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, southcoast plaza and mainplace mall.
Room is a good size with a good size closet.
