Hi,

My name is Ryli and I am looking for a roommate to live with me in Ahwatukee, AZ. I am currently in the process of looking at places for latest July of 2020, earliest Jan 2020.

I have specific requirements which has made my search a little harder. I am a private music teacher, and wherever I live I would be teaching in the house from 2pm-8-9pm Monday- Friday. Since I teach kids I would need to live with someone who is safe and can run a background check on. It would be preferable to find a roommate who works during the hours I teach. I also record music (and sing) so roommate has to be okay with sound (I will soundproof room to my best ability). I have a golden retriever pup who is 2 years old and very friendly, groomed, and calm, but an extra challenge. Depending on the space I find, I would pay extra to have two rooms (a studio room and my normal room) but if we can only find a two bedroom I will make it work.

I know my requirements are hard to meet but I am very cleanly and reliable. I am very respectful of space and truly very quiet when I'm not working or recording.

I cannot live with a couple, children, or any other pets. I am preferably looking for someone who is single and young yet reliable, responsible, and cleanly.
