I have been living in Arizona for the past 20 years due to a job transfer. I have very little family and none living Close to me. In 2008, I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. I went through almost 2 years of treatment and I’m so thankful that I have been cancer free for 13 years. However, during that time, I lost my job and Most of my friends. I was based on disability but it was kind of a living day to day as I watched my mom deteriorate and passed away from this horrible disease many years earlier. Going through the pandemic totally isolated and alone made me realize that this was not how I wanted to live the rest of my life. If it wasn’t for my two little pups, one of the service pup and the other is my ESA, I do not know how I would’ve made it mentally alone all that time without them. I sold my house eight weeks ago in scottsdale and came back to Virginia, where I do have a sister and a couple of friends, But unfortunately, after being gone for 20 years, relationships change and I realize, Virginia is not home for me any longer. I receive Zero support from my family as they are too busy with there own lives. I am lonely and I’m looking for new caring friends and family where I can feel loved and appreciated.
