Bedroom w/ private bath & walk in closet near Downtown Santa Ana
My girlfriend and I are looking to share the rent of a brand new townhouse in Santa Ana, near downtown Santa Ana. We are young professionals (25, 30) and not particularly interested in big parties, although we like to have the occasional dinner party or game night. We also like video games, swing dancing, and being active as much as our work schedules allow. We are very cleanly and considerate of others and mostly looking for a laid back roommate similar to ourselves who is flexible, mindful, and whom we can live comfortably alongside.
We have a small dog (half-corgi, half-pomeranian) who does not like other four legged creatures but is very sweet to other people. Therefore, we are asking for no other pets please! The dog is the real boss of the house, so being a dog lover is a must!
We are offering an unfurnished bedroom suite (bedroom w/ attached bathroom and walk in closet) in a 3 bed 3 bath townhouse. We are looking only to fill one of the extra bedrooms and use the other as a dedicated guest bedroom. We also have a large two car garage for extra storage (parking is negotiable). We want a roommate who feels at home here and therefore we want to emphasize communication and compromise as important elements of daily life.
