Clean, non-smoker, will have the occasional drink. Usually out of the house by 6 AM, in bed by 10. Have a great cattle dog and he travels with me most of the time. Trail run, Mtn bike, and a decent cook. Be happy to socialize, but if you want to keep to yourself that's great too. Volunteer firefighter, low drama, and respectful of others.

Available as soon as September 15. Looking for a decent person to SHARE a great condo in beautiful Genesee. Just a few minutes west of Golden right off Hwy 70 with easy access to Denver and the mountains. I'm a professional male in the medical field. Very active. Volunteer on the fire dept too. I do not smoke and may have an occasional drink. No smokers or excessive drugs or alcohol, please. I have a friendly cattle dog, the only one allowed, so unfortunately, no more pets. On the plus side, your bedroom with your own bath looks onto the lake. $1,150 plus 1/2 electric & cable. The unit was refurbished 2 years ago. Bedroom unfurnished.
