The place is furnished with a World Market eclectic and funky antique decor with comfortable easy living space.
House privileges, Minimal/ lite cooking only, including washer dryer in unit... and plenty of safe parking.

**The private room available is medium in size and there is a regular size closet.

We are a guy/gal mix of working professionals at this time and open to any gender combination.
We are (besides covid /usually-social), fun, friendly and get along well. Good vibe and environment with an easy lifestyle.

**Not a party pad / pretty chill & no drugs/smoking... Quiet at night and plenty of privacy.
We like to travel, get out with friends, hit the beach (once it is open again), movies and are completely Respectful of each other and private space.

Available short term but not less than 3 months, we Prefer someone interested to stay more than 6 months.
Deposit is required... No smoking, Again, No pets please. *I currently have pets (dogs) - please be dog friendly.

The room will is clean and your welcome to paint another color and make it yours...
