$2,450 rent — comes with a private bedroom, connected office room, and bathroom, two closets + additional storage

• The apartment is 1950 sq ft and spacious, with high ceilings

• Water and trash are included with rent

• Electricity, gas, Wifi combined ~$150 a month (Electric can be more during winter)

• There is some additional storage in the garage

• Big kitchen with lots of pantry and cabinet space

• Washer and dryer in-unit

• Additional shared closet in living room

• Living room is fully furnished

• Has an additional currently unfurnished backroom that will wait and decide what to do with roommate (attached an old picture)

About myself:

I run a social media agency and work from home. I travel a few times a year for work and often spend extended time in Oregon, so there will be long stretches where my roommate has the apartment to themselves.

I lift regularly and play sports, cook at home daily, go out on weekends, and like to have guests over when I'm in town, but I will always check to make sure that’s cool with my roommate.
I keep the apartment clean and organized and am looking for someone who’s respectful of shared spaces and aligned with keeping the place in good shape.

Location:

Located just a block from the heart of North Beach — near the Boardroom and Northstar corner. There are tons of great restaurants, bars, parks, and cafes nearby. It’s a really vibrant, active neighborhood. Bus stops are also a block away. Three local grocery stores are within two blocks, and there’s a Trader Joe’s in the north part of the neighborhood.

Other details:

• I have a 12-year-old chiweenie named Shabba that lives here (He’s friendly, likes pets and cuddles)

• Ideally looking for someone in a similar stage of life (late 20s / early 30s)

• Has a dishwasher

• I’ve lived with both guys and girls and am open to either

• Minimum 1-year commitment preferred

• Landlord will require a credit check

• Waiting for landlord to confirm security deposit (likely $1500-$2000)

• Bedrooms each have their own heaters

• There are no parking spots available currently

• Street parking is generally easy during the day but tougher after work hours
