I lift regularly and play sports, if it's nice out, I'm usually outside with my dog, I cook at home daily, go out on weekends, go to the movies, and like to have guests over when I'm in town, but I will always check to make sure that’s cool with my roommate.

• Electricity, gas, Wifi combined ~$150 a month (Electric can be more during winter)

Location:
Located just a block from the heart of North Beach — near the Boardroom and Northstar corner. There are tons of great restaurants, bars, parks, and cafes nearby. It’s a really vibrant, active neighborhood. Bus stops are also a block away. Three local grocery stores are within two blocks, and there’s a Trader Joe’s in the north part of the neighborhood.
Other details:
• I have a 12-year-old chiweenie named Shabba that lives here (He’s friendly, likes pets and cuddles)
• Ideally looking for someone in a similar stage of life (late 20s / early 30s)
• Has a dishwasher
• I’ve lived with both guys and girls and am open to either
• Minimum 1-year commitment preferred
• Landlord will require a credit check
• Waiting for landlord to confirm security deposit (likely $1500-$2000)
• Bedrooms each have their own heaters
• There are no parking spots available currently
• Street parking is generally easy during the day but tougher after work hours
