Looking to rent the upstairs of my house.

Hello everyone I am looking to rent the upstairs portion of my house. The house is non furnished. It is in the Montbello area in a pretty quite neighborhood I would prefer to rent to a family/couple or 2-3 people that already know each other.

Rent is 1800 that includes utilities.
I live in the downstairs area.
The upstairs is 3 bedrooms 1 bath the rooms are 13X10, 12X10, 9.5X9.5.
Shared kitchen and laundry room.
Fenced in front and back yards.
Very pet friendly. I don't currently have any pets.
I would prefer No smoking or drugs but as long as its not done in the house. I have rules where it can be allowed.
