Hey! I’m looking for a roommate to sign a lease with me at Verso Luxury Apartments in Davenport. You would take the secondary bedroom in a 2 bed 2 bath. I have a pet bird and because of that I’m NOT interested in other large pets like dogs or cats, but I’m ok with smaller pets like other birds, gerbils, etc whatever can primarily stay in your room. I’m very clean and chill, will mostly be in my room except to cook and eat. 420 friendly but ideally no smoking inside.
