I am a 33 year old male who is moving to the NYC from Atlanta for the first time for a job in radio. I've visited a lot and had family in the city, so I'm familiar with city life. I am an easy going guy. I like watching movies, listening to music and podcasts, playing video games, reading books, going for walks, skateboarding, and going out with friends. I look forward to enjoying what the city has to offer. I am clean, but not obsessive about it. I currently cook about half the week and usually keep it simple. We don't need to be best friends, but of course I plan on being friendly and warm. I have never missed rent and know how to budget and spend responsibly. I look forward to being a clean, friendly, and responsible roommate!
