I am looking for a mature, clean roommate (any gender, LGBTQ+ and 4/20 friendly) to move into a vacant room in a cozy 2bd/1bath apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens
About the room:
- 100 SF unfurnished private bedroom with closet (Previous roommate fit a twin bed, desk, and drawer comfortably)
- Lots of sun in the afternoon.
- Personal AC/Heater unit
- Total Rent: $1150/month plus utilities (electric and internet, ~ $75).
- Move-in date: February 15 (rent will be prorated for first month)
About the apt:
