Room for rent downtown new west! 750

One bedroom in a beautiful 3 level townhouse in downtown new westminister - 5 minuet walk to new west or Columbia station. Corner store across the street, banks, restaurants, grocery store all within 5-10 minuets walking distance. 2 minuet walk to bus stop that goes uptown. Rent is $750 every month, plus you can pay $30 per month if you’d like to share our (very fast) internet, + share of utilities every 2 months (split between the three of us) :)

2 young adult females live here! We work the night shift but are both recently laid off for the time being, but soon to be back at work! Night owls so you probably won’t see too much of us unless we’re cooking.

Your room is big bright and beautiful with two double closets and a walk out balcony! It currently has a pink wall from an old roomate, but you can paint it if you’d like.

We have had bad luck with roommates in the past so looking for someone responsible, clean and financially stable (please no partiers)!

There is one dog and one cat that live in the house, the cat stays strictly downstairs unless supervised and the dog is little and keeps to himself as well :)

There is in unit laundry in the basement (per schedule as it is also one roomate’s room) and the kitchen is big and bright! There is one shared bathroom on the top floor (your room has a private sliding door into it that locks) And another smaller washroom on the main floor.
