A little about me: I'm 35, I work in engineering, my work schedule is basically work Monday - Friday (I usually take zoom calls early Mondays then head to the office). I then come home, work out in the living room while I binge watch a tv show I heard about or I am rewatching haha (sometimes the good shows are always worth rewatching) and finish up cooking (i basically cook monday through thursday..... sometimes lunch saturday and sunday). The living room is essentially open to the dining and kitchen areas, I am very used to working out and watching tv when roommates come in and out to cook for themselves etc. - never a big deal (I'm so focused on what I'm watchin I barely notice anyway haha). Weekends I usually wake up, maybe do a workout again and cook something - depending on whether or not I've plans to go out with friends for brunch or lunch or an event they tricked me into LOL. I am fairly clean - depending on who you ask I'm either a "neat freak" or just clean enough haha - I usually clean shared space floors every other week and clean toilet and bathtub during the same time (on weekends). Because I work a typical work week, I don't go out or party weeknights. If I do it's on a Friday evening or Saturday evening. But sometimes my "going out" is hanging out with the neighbors in their parking lot having drinks hah. Outside of that, I've lived there for over 15 years (Sophomore year of University me and my friends found the place - I stayed).
The terms are month to month - typical 30 day notice if you ever want to leave. There's a "subtenant agreement form" that the landlord and rental attorney helped me craft that is signed/agreed upon prior to moving in which goes over terms and also lays out the protections for both subtenant and "sublandlord" (me). My landlord has given me permission to rent out the guest room so while she's in charge, the subtenant would mainly be dealing with me - all outlined in the Subtenant Agreement Form.
