Mira Y - $1,500/month

I am looking for a roommate (female age 18-24) who will want to search for apartments with me on any beach from NJ to MD. I enjoy yoga, walking, and I am a chronic binge-watcher of tv shows. I have small children in my family so I would like the place to look nice if they were to visit. I would like to share an apartment from May to early August or late July. No racism, sexism or homophobia will be tolerated. I'm very laid back so parties, smoking, and drinking are all right with me as long as the landlord or police are not involved. As long as the house isn't trashed 24/7 I won't have an issue. I intend to work full time; currently I make around $800 a month but that does not restrict me from the price of the rent because I have been saving up for s short term (2-3 month) rental for the past 2 years.I am mostly vegetarian, but I do not care if you eat meat. I am not religious, but feel free to practice what ever your heart desires. I do not have pets, but feel free to bring one! Like I said, I am laid back so if you are the same let me know!
