Needing roommate to live on the best street in downtown Austin! I have already been approved and am just needing a second person for the master bedroom suite. I have a locked in rate that is hundreds of dollars cheaper than any other unit in the entire building. This is a 2-bed, 2-bath very nice unit with bedrooms and bathrooms separated by a center living space.

The room for rent would be the Master bedroom, (left room plan image), which includes the master bath in the bedroom and master extra large walk in closet. All other 2-bedroom Nelson units at AMLI currently start at $3,000 and up, so this unit is a steal I plan on keeping as long as I can!

About me: I am a 36 year old individual working at an architecture firm in downtown Austin. I am a clean person and have lived in this building for a year now and absolutely love it! I am pretty healthy and I love to cook. I am looking for another person on the lease since I cannot afford the unit by myself. Needing confirmation on application process asap to while unit is being reserved. Last photo in images is a quick snapshot of me.
