I want a roomate to have a larger place for the money :). I love the Village Drey, Addison Grove and higher end places. I have a girlfriend and can totally honor a woman in my space. I'm social but not a partier and am very good at communication (one of the things I do for a living) and being conscious of other peoples needs to love their space. I own a yoga studio and lead an organzation dedicated to bringing mindfulness to youth and at-risk populations. I clean up after myself and can honor quite hours in the shared space...or quiter hours.
