I am a semi-retired woman lawyer seeking a woman or man graduate student or professional to occupy the extra room in my home, which is a large two-bedroom apartment in the best area of Pacific Heights. I am away most of the time, and am thus a desirable roommate. I am particularly looking for someone in a highly organized field, who is experienced in living independently. The kitchen is well-equipped, the living room is sunny, the neighbors are quiet and the parking is easy. Utilities, including cable internet, heat and electricity will be shared 50-50. Public transportation is nearby. The move-out date is flexible. I would consider a couple rather than just a single roommate. We will jointly create a written roommate agreement. No pets and of course No Smoking.
